Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful Service Advisor experience at a dealership or established independent automotive repair shop
• Proven record of producing strong sales, gross profit, ARO, closing ratio, and customer satisfaction
• Experience managing high-volume workload with accuracy and service focus
• Strong automotive knowledge with ability to explain maintenance and repair recommendations

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery
• Build lasting customer relationships with honest recommendations and clear communication
• Review inspection results and present maintenance and repair options
• Create accurate estimates with pricing, timelines, warranties, and financing options
• Maintain repair orders and coordinate with technicians and parts team
• Provide customers with timely status updates and new findings
