Astound is seeking an energetic door-to-door sales professional in Illinois to grow our residential customer base. You’ll meet residents and property managers, present services, provide quotes, and sign-up new customers, with a base salary and uncapped commissions that can exceed six figures for top performers.

Attend daily meetings, track your progress, and stay informed about competitor activity. A valid driver's license and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales-quota driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Pursue leads provided daily and understand property-specific elements within the portfolio.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales stats to management.
• Stay informed about competitive offerings in the market.
