Operate coast-to-coast solo or team with a transparent pay package: 80% of gross line haul (82% self-dispatch with load board), 100% detention and layover, and multiple driver-focused perks like weekly direct deposit and a free rider program.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of OTR experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Operate coast-to-coast long-haul refrigerated freight.
• Maintain independence while following carrier guidelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with FMCSA rules.
