The current annual average earnings for a Team are around $450k, with 80% of gross line haul, 100% detention and layover pay, and a host of free benefits including weekly direct deposit, rider program, ELD, PrePass, fuel card discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years OTR experience; mountain experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a TEAM Owner Operator with refrigerated freight.
• Maintain independence while following Carrier guidelines and safety rules.
• Securely manage loads to maximize on-time performance.
