Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Florida is seeking a licensed barber to join a high‑energy team and turn talent into earnings. You bring cuts, fades, color, and client consultation; we provide the chair, busy location, and a transparent commission structure to maximize your income.

Walk-in clients and strong marketing fuel rapid earnings growth, with an 8-level ladder, 12 price levels, and tips and bonuses on top of base commissions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state barber or cosmetologist license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Night/weekend/holiday availability for peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• A strong book of clients is a plus; we’ll help you grow it and your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircut and grooming services to walk-in clients and scheduled guests.
• Keep chair busy with appointments and efficient service delivery.
• Consult with clients to determine desired style and provide recommendations.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the shop.
