With 8-level career ladders, 12 price levels, and strong marketing, you can grow earnings quickly. A license and U.S. work authorization are required, with flexible scheduling to boost peak earning potential.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; we’ll help grow it and your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services for walk-in and booked clients with precision.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop environment and comply with sanitation standards.
• Upsell services and retail to enhance earnings and client satisfaction.
• Represent the brand and contribute to a positive guest experience.
