Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed barbers to join our network of salons. You will cut hair, perform fades and color, and provide expert consultations while earning through commissions, tips, and a strong tips-driven structure.

Walk-in customers and high-traffic locations help you maximize earnings; a structured career ladder and brand support accelerate growth. Licensing and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; we’ll help you grow it and your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Cutting hair, fades, color, and barbering consultations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain chair profitability.
• Participate in promotions and retail commissions to grow earnings.
