We offer a compensation plan with substantial earning potential, including an expected annual earnings range of $45,000 to $150,000 based on experience, certifications, productivity, hours, and performance.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across systems (engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, HVAC).
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs consistently.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and service information systems effectively.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Follow all safety policies and manufacturer procedures
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
