Job summary

Infiniti of Plymouth, part of Route 24 Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our service team in Plymouth, MA. The role offers competitive hourly pay with earning potential based on experience and productivity.

Qualifications

• Flat rate dealership experience preferred.
• Infiniti or other manufacturer-specific training is a plus.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Complete assigned repairs accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Identify and communicate additional repair needs to service management.
• Follow manufacturer-recommended procedures, technical bulletins, and dealership repair standards.
• Road-test vehicles when necessary to verify repairs.
• Protect dealership tools, equipment, and customer vehicles.
• Participate in manufacturer training and continuing education.
• Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain a professional attitude and treat customers, coworkers, and management with respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
