The role offers mentorship from the owner-doctor, access to modern technology, a path to partnership after about two years, and a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options, plus strong earning potential and a 30–32% of collections compensation with a $750–$850 daily guarantee.

Qualifications

• Licensed general dentist with pediatric or family dentistry experience preferred.
• Driven to learn and grow clinically and professionally.
• Outgoing, friendly and confident with patients, including kids.
• Punctual, dependable and a strong communicator.
• Interested in long-term growth, leadership and partnership within one practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric and adult dentistry including minimal and moderate sedation and laser frenectomies.
• Grow clinical scope with hands-on mentorship from the owner-doctor.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with a cohesive, team-based approach.
• Support the pathway to partnership through consistent performance and leadership.
