Mor Smiles in Lititz, PA is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our owner-operated private practice.

This role offers a 4-day work week, heavy production-based compensation, and a sign-on bonus of 5,000–10,000 dollars. You'll work with modern digital dentistry, AI-assisted radiographic review, and strong mentorship.

The position provides a path to grow clinically and financially within a supportive team and established patient base.

Competenze

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for PA licensure.
• 2–3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry.
• Comfortable diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment.
• Implant, bone grafting, surgical, or advanced restorative experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; positive, team-oriented attitude.
