Qualifications/ Duties:

• Must have knowledge of high-rise and multi-family new construction plumbing installation
• Must have thorough knowledge of all plumbing codes
• Motivated and driven to ensure excellence
• A current Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
• Ability to understand and take responsibility for the profitability of your jobs
• Computer skills including familiarity with excel, word and the ability to use computer systems as required for data reporting, email, scheduling, etc
• Attend kick-off and coordination meetings
• Manage, train, review, develop the teamunder your authority
• Review plan revisions to adjust scope of work accordingly and initiate required Change Orders
• Must be available to attend an in-person interview
