Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing care for high-acuity clients in the home.

• Coordinate with families and care teams to ensure safe, continuous care.
• Participate in required trainings and utilize clinical support resources.

Our York Skilled Nursing office is looking for a nurse with critical care experience to join our team.
We have a client in Dover looking for a nurse who excels at tracheostomy care and ventilation management to take care of them at home.
Current open shifts are Friday & Saturday nights from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday days from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1200 with the commitment of 2 night shifts/week.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
