Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital in Clear Lake, TX seeks a High-Acuity Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time shifts across all shifts. You will deliver advanced nursing care to high-acuity patients in a LTAC setting and collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.

Requires Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS, and experience in high-acuity settings; training is available for motivated RNs. Competitive pay with shift differentials and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Texas RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in high-acuity ICU/step-down preferred; willing to train motivated RNs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patient transitions from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
