Job summary

Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital in Lakeland, FL is recruiting a PCU RN to deliver high-acuity care on a multi‑discipline unit. You will assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida RN license or valid multistate license (eNLC)
• Minimum 1 year PCU RN experience
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas
• Excellent critical thinking and teamwork in high-acuity environments

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and interprets cardiac rhythms.
• Responds to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol.
• Documents patient care meeting regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage the unit.
• Maintains regular attendance and compliance with policies and procedures
