Job summary

Atlas MedStaff LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week NICU contract in Peoria, IL. Join a Level 3 NICU with a 60-bed unit, 1:1 to 1:4 patient ratios, and a 24/7 neonatologist team.

Responsibilities include titrating medications (Fentanyl, Morphine, Precedex), troubleshooting ventilators, and caring for fragile neonates up to 22 weeks. BLS and NRP, valid IL license; weekend rotation and orientation hours provided.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license; NICU experience preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Ability to work in a high-acuity Level 3 NICU with variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Titrate medications and troubleshoot equipment on ventilators.
• Care for neonates in a high-acuity NICU with 1:1 to 1:4 patient ratios.
• Work 12-hour days in a 13-week contract with weekend coverage every other weekend.
