Job summary

Baldor Specialty Foods in Chelsea, MA is hiring a Hi-Lo Operator I to safely operate a Hi-Lo, transport, replenish, and organize inventory across warehouse zones to support product availability and inventory accuracy.

You will work with Receiving, Inventory Control, Operations, Sanitation, and other teams to enable smooth replenishment, product flow, and daily operations while maintaining compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Hi-Lo certification or ability to obtain one.
• Attention to safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hi-Lo to transport, replenish, and organize inventory.
• Move inventory between reserve storage and primary picking locations.
• Perform replenishment and verify product locations.
• Conduct pre/post shift inspections and safety documentation.
• Support receiving, sanitation, and other warehouse workflows.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean work areas.
