Job summary

Baldor Specialty Foods is seeking a Hi-Lo Operator I to safely operate a Hi-Lo, transport and replenish inventory, and organize stock across warehouse zones. You will work with Receiving, Inventory Control, Operations, Sanitation, and other teams to support product flow and accuracy while upholding food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, certification in Hi-Lo operation, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Internally certified for one level reach operating a Hi-Lo.
• Ability to obtain and maintain company certification for material handling equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate certified Hi-Lo equipment to transport, store, and replenish products.
• Move inventory between reserve storage and primary pick locations for order fulfillment.
• Perform replenishment activities according to priorities and inventory needs.
• Support receiving, inventory movement, sanitation, and other warehouse workflows.
• Verify locations and quantities prior to product movement.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and safety documentation.
• Identify and report damage, discrepancies, or equipment concerns.
• Follow warehouse procedures, traffic patterns, and safety guidelines.
