Job summary

NorthBay Home Health is seeking a Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) for night shift to provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes in Eagle Lake, FL. The role supports both day and night schedules with 12- or 10-hour options.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida RN or LPN license and have at least 1 year of home health experience, with pediatric exposure preferred. Join a team focused on compassionate care and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted).
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025) https://info.flclearinghouse.com

Responsibilities

Location: Eagle Lake, FL
Schedule: Days OR Nights 12 hours or 10 hours
