Job summary

NorthBay Home Health in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for a night shift (9pm-7am) delivering 1:1 home health care. Provide evidence-based nursing, follow care plans, and monitor patient progress in a home setting.

You will administer medications and treatments, communicate with physicians and caregivers, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure patient safety. Requires Florida licensure, pediatric experience preferred, and AHCA Level 2 screening.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted).
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under HB 531 (2025).

Schedule: 9pm-7a
