Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support clients across Framingham, MA with hands-on care that keeps them safe, healthy, and comfortable at home.

As an HHA or CNA, you will assist with bathing, mobility, and daily activities, monitor client conditions, remind about medications, and provide companionship. We offer paid training for non-certified entrants and a range of benefits to support ongoing professional

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification preferred, or willingness to train.
• Strong communication skills and a steady, calm presence.
• Able to follow care plans and health/safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
• Provide medication reminders.

The Work

As an HHA or CNA, you'll be doing meaningful, skilled work every day:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Giving medication reminders
• Helping with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Providing companionship along the way
