Job summary

Dial-A-Nurs in Estero, FL is hiring Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care for clients. You will perform health-related tasks in patients’ residences, assist with daily living activities, and support mobility and safety during visits.

The role requires HHA/CNA certification, CPR, and strong English communication. We offer flexible schedules and the ability to start immediately in a busy, compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or Photo ID + right to work in the U.S.
• HHA or CNA license/certification required
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required

Responsibilities

We are an established and busy Home Health Agency with over 40 Years’ experience. Our caregivers are compassionate, respectful, reliable, and looking to start immediately!

Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in the patient’s residence
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctor offices or hospital - if needed
• Assist with prescribed medications
• Assist with the client’s personal care
• Monitor and report the patient’s vital signs, (temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises if needed
• Meal preparations
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Skills:

• Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality
