Job summary

Connected Home Care in New York State seeks caring professionals to provide home health support. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transportation.

Candidates must be a Certified HHA or PCA with 0-2 years’ experience and have current photo ID, SSN card, and pass a drug screen. Positions available include Full-time/Part-time with flexible schedules, caregiver PPE provided, and safety trainings in place.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in caregiving required.
• High School or equivalent education accepted.
• Certified HHA or PCA credential required.
• Current photo ID and Social Security card required.
• Drug screen within last 6 months.
• Full physical within last 6 months with 2 PPDs, rubella & rubeola titers.
• Two references required.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care and activities of daily living.
• Light Housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Transportation and errands/shopping.
• Medication management and dementia care.
