Job summary

Connected Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support clients in New York. The role includes personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation, with options for part-time or full-time schedules.

Eligible candidates hold a HHA or PCA credential, carry a valid photo ID and SSN, pass a drug screen and physical exams, and provide two references. Training is provided; PPE is supplied to keep staff and clients safe.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in home care or related field.
• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification required.
• Current photo ID and Social Security card, required for onboarding.
• Drug screen and full physical including 2 PPDs, Rubella and Rubeola titers.
• Two references from previous employers or supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and daily living assistance.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and transportation support.
• Monitor safety, medications, and client well‑being; report changes to supervisor.
• Support clients living in home settings, including live‑in arrangements.
