Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
• 0 to 2 years’ experience
• Some high school education
• Current Photo ID & Social Security card
• Recent drug screen (last 6 months)
• Recent physical exam (last 6 months), including 2 PPDs, Rubella & Rubeola titers
• Two references
