Role Overview:

As a HHA - Overnights at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing essential overnight care to our clients, ensuring their safety and comfort during the night. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to promote the well-being of clients who choose to remain independent in their homes. Whether you work on-site in Kissimmee, you’ll have the flexibility to effectively support our clients during their nighttime routines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.


2. Assist clients with medication reminders and any special care requirements.


3. Offer companionship and emotional support throughout the night.


4. Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.


5. Monitor clients throughout the night for any signs of distress and respond promptly to their needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or similar qualification.


2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.


3. Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.


4. Experience in providing care to seniors or individuals with special needs is preferred.


5. Empathy and a compassionate mindset towards clients and their families.

Bonus If You:

1. Have training in CPR and First Aid.


2. Possess experience with medication management.


3. Bring specialized training in caring for veterans or individuals with chronic illnesses.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include working on any day of the week, as needed.
