Job summary

Savens Homecare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care in clients' homes in Massachusetts. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and monitoring health status. CPR certification is required; part-time schedule offered.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate families, and support clients to maintain independence and safety in their own environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Monitor clients vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with clients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
