Description:This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients that contract with Assisting Hands under the direction of a registered nurse (RN) and in compliance with the RN’s plan of care.
Education:Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
Qualifications:Formal home health aide training or certification as a Nursing Assistant, and at least one year of experience in a home or long‑term care setting is preferred.
Requirements:CPR Certification Card, TB Test, CEUs, Level 2 live‑scan criminal background check.
Reports to:Director of Nursing
Duties Include:Companionship, cooking, light housekeeping, assistance with transportation, errands, and personal care.
Hours:Dependent on assignment; hours are not guaranteed.
FLSA Status:Non‑exempt, hourly
