Job summary

A home care assistance provider is seeking a dedicated individual to provide custodial and personal care services in New York. Description

This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients that contract with Assisting Hands for services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in compliance with the Plan of Care designated by the RN.

Qualifications

Individual must have successfully completed and provide evidence of formal home health aide training or certification as a Nursing Assistant per state law and regulation. One (1) year experience in the home or long‑term care setting is preferred.

Requirements

CPR Certification Card, TB Test, CEU's and Level 2 live‑scan criminal background check.

Director of Nursing

Duties Include

Hours

Dependent on assignment. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
