We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients in the following counties: [county one, county two, county three] in BAYADA's ACSP Division.

What you'll do:

1. Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care services, household support, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
2. Develop close relationships with clients while assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
3. Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
4. Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
5. Support range of motion exercises and assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
6. Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
