Silver Lining Home Healthcare in Delaware is hiring CNAs and HHAs for live-in opportunities to provide in-home care in the Wilmington area. We offer flexible schedules, one-on-one personal care, and companionship in clients' homes or facilities.

CNA / HHA / Caregiver; Flexible Schedule, $500 Referral Bonus

We're hiring for CNAs and HHAs for live-in opportunities to provide in-home care in the Wilmingtonand surrounding area, providing one-on-one personal care and companionship in a client's home, a hospital, a nursing home, or a rehab center.

We tailor every care plan to the client's needs, whether they're transitioning home from the hospital or simply need companionship for a few hours a day.

What you'll do:

• Provide care according to each client's Plan of Care
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Operate a Hoyer lift
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow infection control procedures
• Protect client privacy and confidential information

What we're looking for:

• Current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a DE CNA program
• Open availability, including weekends
• Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting
• Able to lift, position, transfer, and operate a Hoyer lift
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care
