Job summary

AccordCare seeks compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care in Vero Beach, FL and surrounding areas. Earn weekly pay with flexible live-in and hourly placements, plus orientation and onboarding to help you succeed.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring client condition, providing medication reminders, meal prep, and keeping client safety and comfort as top priorities. Florida CNA or HHA license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Current CPR certification preferred (in-person).
• NEGATIVE TB test and negative QuantiFERON blood test may be required.
• Must pass Level 2 background screening and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to client’s Plan of Care.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Support safety, comfort, and daily routines in a live-in setting.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and quality care standards.
