BrightStar Care of Milford–Framingham is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home, per diem assignments across Fall River and Southeastern Massachusetts. You’ll provide 1:1 personal care, medication reminders, and daily living support with flexible shifts matched to your availability.

Qualifications

• 6+ months home health aide/caregiving experience or an active MA CNA License.
• Valid driver’s license + insured car.
• CPR/BLS from AHA or Red Cross; onboarding if expired.
• TB Test & Physical within 1 year; onboarding if needed.
• Current CPR/BLS and up-to-date medicals are helpful for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care for clients: personal care, bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Be reliable and flexible; accept per diem scheduling.

Your Role (HHA / CNA / Caregiver):

Provide 1:1 in-home care for clients inc including: Personal care — bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication reminders.

Must be reliable, flexible, and open to per diem scheduling.

We welcome male and female caregivers — we aim to match caregivers based on client preferences and needs.

Bilingual caregivers are encouraged to apply, especially Portuguese-speaking caregivers. Spanish and Arabic speakers are also welcome.

Scheduling:

Tell us the schedule you can reliably work. We match you with clients based on that availability.

Available shifts may include:

• Day, evenings and night shifts
• Short and long shifts
• Shifts available between 9AM–9PM or 9PM–9AM
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Coverage and per diem shifts based on client needs

We'll go over exact matches based on your availability. Candidates with broader availability will have more opportunities to be matched with available shifts.

Fall River / Southeast Massachusetts:

We are currently recruiting caregivers for Fall River, Swansea, Somerset, Dartmouth, New Bedford, Westport, and surrounding southeastern Massachusetts communities, with opportunities also accessible to caregivers in nearby Rhode Island communities including Providence, Pawtucket, East Providence, and surrounding areas. Exact client locations and available shifts will be discussed based on your availability, experience, and location.

What You’ll Need:

• 6+ months home health aide/caregiving experience or an active MA CNA License
• Valid driver’s license + insured car (policy can be under another name)
• CPR/BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross only) — can be renewed during onboarding if expired
• TB Test & Physical (within 1 year) — can be completed during onboarding
• Current CPR/BLS and up-to-date medicals are a plus and WILL help move your application through onboarding faster.
