Job description

Start this week as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)! Our response time is usually within a few hours, and our goal is to help you get processed and working this week.

Pay ranges between $15-19 per hour depending on location, client, and level of care.

We have many cases, shifts, and hours available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly or recovering patients with personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Administer prescribed medication and assist with ambulation.
• Support mobility around the house or outside (e.g., doctor’s appointments, walks).
• Help with personal care, plan and prepare meals, and assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete shopping errands or accompany clients to shop.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Assist with activities essential for daily living, including meal service and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Supportive and compassionate attitude, with validated ability to act supportively.
• Pride in providing high-quality care as a CNA or HHA.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to learn and improve skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• CPR certification or scheduled renewal class.
