Your Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands‑on care and emotional support to seniors, ensuring a safe and comfortable home‑like environment.

Position Highlights

• Status: Full Time, Part Time & PRN
• Schedule: 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm
• Location: 21 Clark Street Brooklyn NY 11201
• Pay: $18.50 plus up to $1000.00 in Sign On Bonus & Retention Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during shift; ensures awareness of whereabouts and conducts frequent checks
• Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance
• Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly
• Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well‑being
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents
• Engage residents in meaningful life skills activities and enrichment programs
• Notify supervisor and/or health care coordinator if a resident has increased care needs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience working with seniors in memory care
• Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach with superior customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
