Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, in-home care for patients in our community. You will follow the plan of care to deliver direct patient support, monitor vital signs, and document progress, ensuring dignity and comfort in the home setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and promptly reporting changes in patient status. A valid driver’s license and healthcare experience are required or preferred, with competitive pay

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA or HHA certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
