Job summary

Nightingale Home Healthcare of Minnesota Inc. is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to perform in-home visits in Minnetonka, MN. Part-time role with a $25.00 hourly rate, requiring a valid HHA certification and the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.

Applicants should have at least two years of direct patient care experience, be self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Prior home health experience and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct patient care experience minimum.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Able to use EMR systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home visits as a Home Health Aide.
• Provide one-on-one patient care with autonomy.
• Travel within assigned territory daily.
