Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide in Indiana with HHA certification to support patients in their homes with a full range of care. You will provide direct patient care per the plan of care, obtain vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and report changes in patient status.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Required

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
