Job summary

CenterCare Home Health in Colorado Springs seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. You will work under a Physical Therapist to provide skilled, medically necessary treatment and help patients regain strength and independence.

We offer $50 per home visit + mileage, a salary range of $67,600–$83,200 per year, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, disability insurance, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active PTA license (REQUIRED).
• One year of experience in long-term care or related setting preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering a variety of therapeutic procedures (manual techniques, exercises, modalities, etc.).
• Monitoring patient progress and collaborating with the PT to adjust treatment plans.
• Documenting objective measures and justifying continued services.
• Educating patients and families on rehabilitation goals and progress.
• Ensuring meticulous record-keeping in our electronic documentation system.
• Participating in patient care conferences and continuous learning opportunities.
