Job summary

H&M Distribution Limited is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E) to join our Gloucester depot team on a full-time basis. You will perform daily multi-drop deliveries within the GL postcode area, with occasional Class 2 work, and report to the Transport Manager daily.

The role requires a valid HGV licence, a CPC card, knowledge of drivers’ hours and tachographs, and strong customer service and communication skills. Mon-Fri shifts with staggered start times are offered.

Qualifications

• HGV Licence required.
• CPC card essential.
• Understanding of drivers hours regulations and tachographs.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily multi-drop deliveries in GL postcode area.
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection notes and paperwork.
• Adhere to transport legislation and vehicle defect reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Collaborate with Transport Management daily.
