Amentum seeks a Hexagon Smart Materials Lead to govern the Hexagon Smart Materials system across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction efforts. The role ensures data integrity and effective material control through lifecycle reporting and integration with enterprise systems.

The candidate will mentor engineers and coordinators, maintain system configurations, and support upgrades and audits to uphold data quality and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years using Hexagon Smart Materials in EPC/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of materials management in capital projects.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Materials configuration and administration, catalog/spec management, and MTO workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as system owner and SME for Hexagon Smart Materials.
• Configure and maintain projects, catalogs, codes, specs, and rules.
• Manage materials workflows: requisitions, POs, MTOs, status tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure data accuracy and model integration.
• Support procurement with accurate materials reporting and traceability.
• Develop project procedures and best practices for materials management.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshooting.
