Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside in one of the following zip codes: 83201, 83202, 83204, 83221, 83236, 83274, 83401, 83402, 83404, 83406, 83420, 83427, 83434, 83440, 83442, 83443, 83444, 83445.

This is a remote position; candidates must be comfortable traveling to each store location, driving their personal vehicle 55+ miles per day within the territory. Mileage is reimbursed at 62 cents per mile; no car allowance is provided.

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 20-25 hours weekly, with flexibility based on personal and territory needs. Typical work hours overlap 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Starting hourly rate: $15.50 - $16.50, depending on experience and location.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey products in assigned territory, executing retail plans effectively.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using displays and other retail tools.
• Report weekly activities, expenses, account changes, and promotions.
• Use tablets for daily activity reporting.
• Manage sales territory based on size, retailer count, and location.

Job Requirements:

• Valid US driver's license and personal vehicle in good condition.
• Auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage, permitting business use.
• Willingness to reside or commute within the territory boundaries.
• Ability to drive long distances daily and lift 10-40 lbs regularly.
• Manual dexterity, ability to bend, kneel, and use tablet technology.
• Access to wireless internet daily.
• Flexibility to adapt to territory changes.
• Availability for 20-25 hours weekly.
