Northeast HERS Alliance in the United States is seeking a HERS Rater II / ENERGY STAR Rater for Airtight Energy - MA. The role focuses on conducting HERS ratings for multifamily projects, renovations, and projects pursuing ENERGY STAR certification.
The HERS Rater II may also assist with green building certifications such as Enterprise Green Communities or Passive House, supporting high-performance homes and buildings.
Qualifications
- Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience As a HERS Rater.
