Heritage Pointe Caregiver/HHA/CNA Job Description

Heritage Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join our team.

Located near downtown Marshall, Minnesota, Heritage Pointe has been helping seniors age magnificently since 2013 in our 58-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Shifts Available

• On Call/Casual AM/NOC
• Part-Time PM shifts (3:30pm-9pm and 5pm-9pm)

Wages

• HHA: $17-$22/hour
• CNA: $19-$24/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care as per the care plan.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living preferred.
• Interest in healthcare.
• Positive and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
