Gaia Herbs is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to handle extraction, concentration, and adjustments per Batch Production Records, ensuring cGMP compliance and following SOPs in manufacturing.

The role progresses from trainee to independent operator, with training and the ability to run production tasks, handle equipment, and resolve routine issues. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities accompany a starting pay of $20/hr with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous production experience is preferred along with basic knowledge of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Train to become a signed off operator capable of independent work.
• Complete and pass all SOP’s/tests assigned for the position.
• Able to run and operate production proficiently.
• Follows Batch Production Records (BPR) correctly.
• Maintains current training requirements and certifications independently.
