Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Field Based Medical Science Liaison to lead external engagement with key clinicians, expert bodies, and committees across the assigned territory in the United States. You will implement scientific exchange, respond to unsolicited information requests, and deliver education on GSK medicines in a compliant, rigorous manner.

Qualifications

• Professional with PA/MSN/NP or advanced clinical degree.
• Two+ years pharmacology/pharmacotherapy experience in humans.
• Must reside within the specified territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify External Experts, groups and stakeholders in the assigned therapy area or geography.
• Respond to information requests with compliant, factual, balanced medical information.
• Disseminate safety information and deliver scientific education to HCPs.
• Maintain therapeutic area expertise and competitor knowledge.
• Attend regional accounts and scientific meetings to capture customer insights.
