Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Field Based Medical Science Liaison to execute external engagement strategies for the therapeutic portfolio and geography. You will lead scientific discussions, provide compliant medical information, and support clinical development activities with investigators and KOLs.

The role requires medical/pharmacology expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work in a field setting across national and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in humans with practical clinical application.
• Two or more years' experience in pharmacology/pharmacotherapy.
• Must live within territory specified.

Responsibilities

• Identify External Experts, professional groups, and key stakeholders in the therapy area/geography.
• Respond to information requests from healthcare professionals with compliant, factual, scientifically rigorous information.
• Disseminate safety information and deliver scientific presentations to HCPs and committees.
