Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with GI/hepatology/transplant or internal medicine background to join our hepatology team. The role emphasizes outpatient care with potential inpatient coverage and a strong team-based environment.

You will collaborate with supervising physicians and APP colleagues, deliver high-quality hepatology care to adults, and contribute to coordinated clinical care while upholding safety and patient experience

Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with current NC license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 2 years APP experience in gastroenterology, hepatology/transplant or internal medicine.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Outpatient hepatology care and team-based coordination with supervising physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide hepatology care to adult patients.
