Job summary

Brandywine Counseling & Community Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator for our Hep C Program. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing project operations, training staff, and developing quality programs to enhance community health services.

You will also maintain vital relationships with funding organizations and ensure effective supervision of project staff. The position offers a supportive work environment focused on recovery and empowerment with

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a health or human service agency.
• 1 year education/training experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with 2 points or less.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the operation of the Project.
• Select, train, supervise, and assess/appraise approved staff positions.
• Maintain collaborator relations and agreements.
• Maintain positive relations with funding and contracting organizations/agencies.
• Plan, design, implement, evaluate, and improve project services.
• Ensure adequate staffing for activities/services through effective recruiting.
• Develop quality control programs and evaluate service quality.
• Oversee the completion of management and administrative functions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of public strategies.
• Implement approved policies and procedures.
• Drive to assist with supervision and capacity building.
