Albany Medical College and Albany Med Health System in Albany, NY, seek a seventh AP/CP board-certified, Hematopathology fellowship-trained pathologist to join the Division of Hematopathology.

The role includes rotating sign-out of bone marrow and hematopathology specimens, participation in on-call duties and teaching activities with fellows, residents and students, and opportunities for translational research.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in AP/CP with Hematopathology fellowship training.
• Experience in hematopathology sign-out and rotation-based coverage.
• Strong teaching and mentorship abilities to work with fellows, residents, and students.

Responsibilities

• Sign-out hematopathology cases (bone marrow, tissue, blood/CSF) on a rotating basis.
• Share hematopathology call and cover duties as assigned.
• Participate in academic activities: lectures, conferences, and resident mentoring.
